With a custom engine block washer, CNC boring machine, and non-destructive particle testing all in-house, we can properly repair and remanufacture with the capability needed to bring an engine back to like-new condition.

Our rebuilt EMD case and pan assemblies are guaranteed to meet OEM specifications and are backed with a 1-year warranty.

In order to make sure all assemblies meet these specifications, we go through a procedure that starts by cleaning the crankcase, pan and components to bare metal. Next, our PSI technical staff performs a comprehensive inspection of all parts, conducting a test of welds and high stress areas with state-of-the-art non-destructive magnetic testing. Crankcase line bores are checked with precision gauges, with measurements documented for future reference and all threaded holes are checked. From there, corrections and repairs are made to the engine as needed, with structural damage, cracks and serrations repaired to bring the engine to a like-new condition.

Following the rebuild or repair, the unit will be shipped to you for equipping and installation. PSI is prepared to handle the refitting, if needed.
