An industrial plant had a set of nine on-site power natural gas generators for backup power to guarantee smooth, uninterrupted production in cases of instability or blackouts from utility power. Due to the power system's age, system startup proved long and power generation was unreliable. With an increased need for seamless standby power generation, they approached Peaker due to our experience and knowledge with natural gas engines and power system modernization.
