We are proud to announce that Peaker Services, Inc has achieved VariStroke-I Silver Level Service. Guided by our desire to provide complete service to our steam turbine customers, this certification required new equipment, tools, and extensive training for our entire shop team.

Our VariStroke certification allows us to:

• Evaluate and verify unit status;

• Evaluate a warranty claim;

• Provide service exchange units;

• Overhauls, repairs, and preventative maintenance;

• Update application software and firmware;

• Run functional tests.

For most applications, we recommend servicing VariStroke actuators every 5 years during scheduled outages. Servicing the actuators while operational allows us to evaluate performance before a point of failure.
